ZUMBA® is a fun and effective dance fitness that combines Latin music and dances from around the world. It combines aerobics and strength training, aiming to burn calories and build muscle through full-body exercise simultaneously. No dance experience is required, and anyone can enjoy it in a party-like atmosphere. It’s a fun exercise that doesn’t feel like you’re ‘working out.’ That’s the charm of ZUMBA®! It is effective for relieving lack of exercise and stress.

[Instructor Introduction]
Joined the dance club in high school and acquired the basics over three years; in her twenties, she dove into the world of theater and experienced various roles.
She encountered ZUMBA® at a sports club she joined after giving birth to twins at an advanced maternal age, and obtained her instructor qualification in June 2017. Three months later, in September, she started a circle activity with the desire to create a place for moms who, like herself, were lacking exercise due to childcare.
A unique fitness instructor who has a belief that 'people live to be healthy and happy' based on experiences overcoming the challenges of giving birth to twins and illness, and offers lessons that resonate with everyone from beginners to seasoned dancers. Also a YouTuber.

In the event of a cancellation, please contact FC Tokyo Park Fuchu by phone or email. Please note that cancellation fees will be charged according to the cancellation fee policy below depending on the timing of the cancellation.

・The rooftop is a completely non-smoking area. Please use the smoking area on the 9th floor.

・Please pay the fee at the front desk before participating in the event on the day.
