Tournament Format
・59 teams from the J1 League, J2 League, and J3 League, along with 2 teams from last season's J3, and the top 3 teams from the 8th Japan Club Youth Soccer (U-18), Town Club CUP 2024

[1st Round]
64 teams will be divided into 16 groups of 4 teams each, and a round-robin league match will be held in each group (each team will play 3 matches).

[2nd Round]
The top 2 teams from each group in the 1st round will advance to the upper league (Groups 1 to 8), while the bottom 2 teams will advance to the lower league (Groups 9 to 16). Each team will compete against 2 teams they did not face in the 1st round (each team will play 2 matches).

[Knockout Round]

A tournament will be held in a single-elimination format with the 8 teams that finished in 1st place in the 2nd Round Top League (Group 1 to Group 8). The matchups for the knockout round will be determined by a draw after the conclusion of the 2nd Round.
