On the rooftop futsal court in front of Fuchu Station, 'FC Tokyo Park Fuchu', we will hold a fun ZUMBA® event to liven up summer nights: 'Park de ZUMBA® ~It's summer! It's night! Let's dance Night!~'!
ZUMBA® is enjoyable for everyone, regardless of age or gender, even if it's your first time. On summer evenings, let's have fun moving our bodies together on the open rooftop! If you're a fan or supporter of FC Tokyo, you might even be able to dance to "that cheering song" you know!?

What is 'ZUMBA®'...
ZUMBA® is a fun and effective dance fitness that combines Latin music and dance from around the world. It combines aerobics and strength training, aiming to burn calories and build muscle through full-body exercise. No dance experience is required, and everyone can enjoy it in a party-like atmosphere. It's a fun exercise that doesn't make you feel like you're "exercising." That's the charm of ZUMBA®! It is effective for lack of exercise and stress relief.

* Online cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the event starts. After that, cancellations are by phone only.

□Instructor Introduction
Joined the dance club in high school and acquired the basics over three years, then jumped into the world of theater in their twenties, experiencing various roles.
After joining a sports club prompted by giving birth to twins at an advanced maternal age, I encountered ZUMBA and obtained an instructor qualification in June 2017. Three months later, in September, I started a circle activity with the desire to create a place for moms who, like me, are lacking exercise due to childcare to work out!
Having overcome the experience of giving birth to twins and illness, she holds the belief that 'people live to be healthy and happy,' and is a unique fitness instructor known for lessons that empathize with everyone’s feelings, from beginners to experienced dancers. She is also a YouTuber.

・Easy to move clothing
・Outdoor athletic shoes (spikes prohibited)
・Drinking water (Only water is allowed to be brought onto the court. Vending machines available)
・Heat countermeasures (Our facility is located on a rooftop without a roof.)
*Both men and women have changing rooms and lockers, but the number is limited. Please come dressed in clothes that allow you to move as much as possible.
□Regarding the Decision to Hold or Cancel Events
Announcements about the holding or cancellation of events will be posted on our facility's website around 5:00 PM on the day.

Cancelled: When the facility determines that it is difficult to hold the event due to rain or severe weather. If the minimum number of participants required to hold the event is not met.

・Please understand that we do not take any responsibility for accidents or the loss of valuable items or luggage at this facility.
- Bringing and consuming alcohol is prohibited.
You cannot enter the court with shoes that have spikes or heels.
・The rooftop is a completely non-smoking area. Please use the smoking area on the 9th floor.

・We do not provide insurance for individual customers. Please understand in advance that the facility is not responsible for injuries or accidents during event participation.
・Please pay the fee at the front desk before participating in the event on the day.
・Online reservations are accepted until one hour before the event start time.
・Photos and videos taken during the event may be published on FC Tokyo's activity introduction websites, various advertising media, facility websites, staff blogs, etc., so please understand in advance.
・The personal information we collect may be used to provide information related to FC Tokyo and facility events.
