・The event will be held on artificial turf. You may also bring yoga mats, plastic sheets, or bath towels.
*If you wear shoes that may damage the artificial turf, such as heels, please remove your shoes upon entry.
*Changing rooms and lockers are available but limited in number, so please come dressed in clothing suitable for activity as much as possible.

After many years of experience as a dancer, I encountered yoga fatefully at a time when I keenly felt the need for further practice.
By shifting from a practice method that seeks something outside to deepening the inward exploration through abdominal breathing and asanas, concentration and daily quality improve, making yoga the center of life.
Knocking on the door of Flowarts Yoga, I have continued to learn the teachings of traditional Indian yoga under Padminiji/Natsuyo Hama and Mukesh Thapliyalii. Through practice, I have once again felt the greatness of the effects it brings, the joy of moving the body, and the happiness of having a place where everyone can gather. To share this joy with as many people as possible, I will open a yoga studio in Fuchu in 2023.

I started yoga because a friend recommended it to me. Yoga uses muscles I had never been aware of before, so at first it was tough and there were many things I couldn't do. As I continued, my body became balanced, my mind settled, and I realized the importance of facing myself.
