Okinawa camp is also on its 7th day today, January 28 (Wed).
On this day, with cloudy skies, we conducted a second division practice at Kunigami Athletics Stadium.
In the morning practice, we will focus on strengthening the physical aspect through running around the entire pitch. In the afternoon, we will engage in defensive vs. offensive drills and also have a scrimmage between the red and white teams.
Both morning and afternoon were filled with focused training while staying relaxed.
