The following players from our club, Shuichi GONDA, Masato MORISHIGE, Kosuke OTA, and Yoshinori MUTO, have been announced today by the Japan Football Association (JFA) as members of the SAMURAI BLUE (Japan national team) for the Kirin Challenge Cup 2015 [3/27 @ Oita] and JAL Challenge Cup 2015 [3/31 @ Tokyo]. Takuji YONEMOTO has been selected as a backup player. Please be informed.
 

Shuichi GONDA Player Comment
"Since this is my first training camp as the new coach, I want to quickly absorb the coach's ideas and contribute to the strength of Japan. Both the Japan national team matches and the matches in Tokyo are equally important to me, so first I will fight the Kobe match this weekend."
 

Masato MORISHIGE Player Comment　　　　　　　　　　
"Since we have changed our coach, first of all, I would like to communicate well and make our presence felt. However, before that, we have a league match, so I would like to fight hard and achieve good results."
 

□Kosuke OTA Player Comment
"I will do my best to contribute to the team and achieve results under the guidance of the new coach. First and foremost, I want to make sure to prepare well for Sunday's league match. I am happy to be one of the four players selected from Tokyo, and I will fight on behalf of FC Tokyo."
 

Yoshinori MUTO Player Comment
"This time will be the start of a new team, so I want to fully understand the role that is expected of me and at the same time, showcase my strengths. I also want to win the league match in three days and join the national team."
