FC Tokyo will be holding the "Adult Soccer School in Ajinomoto Stadium" in February. The venue will be the "Ajinomoto Stadium Artificial Turf Area," which is the home of the top team. This soccer school is aimed at adult beginners and women. We invite you to take this opportunity to experience the joy of soccer and move your body together! We look forward to your participation.

※If there are many applications, a lottery will be held.
※We will try to hold the event even in rainy weather, but there may be cases where it is canceled due to difficulties in ensuring safety, such as during a typhoon.

Course Introduction
[Beginner Class] This class is for beginners and women. We will proceed in the following manner.
- Warm-up (also includes communication!)
・Basic Training (enjoyably challenging kicks and dribbles!)
・Match (Create teams with a small number of players and compete against each other!)

[Assigned Coach]
◆Motoo Kawamura (JFA Official Class A General) ... As a member of the JFA Kids Project and a JFA Official Instructor, he demonstrates his strength and conveys the appeal of soccer with his friendly coaching style, armed with his wealth of experience.
◆Yukihiko SATO... Played as a player for FC Tokyo from 1999 to 2002. He has been active as a professional player until last season, and from this season onwards, he will convey the experience and joy of soccer as a coach.

Participation Fee
1 time 2,200 yen (including insurance and tax)

If you wish to be on the waiting list for cancellations among those who have been unsuccessful in the lottery, please send an email to school@fctokyo.co.jp after receiving the unsuccessful email, stating your name and your desire to be on the waiting list for the adult soccer school on [month] [day]. If there is a cancellation, we will conduct another lottery and contact the winners by phone by the day before.

- Training shoes should be worn for shoes, and spikes are prohibited.
・Changing rooms are available.
