FC Tokyo will be hosting the "17th Tokyo Gas Cup Mrs. Soccer Festival" this year, targeting Mrs. participants as we did last year.
The venue will continue to use the excellent pitch of "Tokinosu Sports Center" as it did last year, and the accommodation will be provided at the facilities of "Hotel Tokinosu," which is famous for its hot springs and local beer.
It is the best environment not only for soccer but also for refreshing the mind and body.
We would appreciate it if you could join us by coordinating with your acquaintances' team.

If there are many applicants, the participating teams will be determined by lottery. The lottery method will be notified by the secretariat at a later date.

Eligibility for Participation
(1) A team composed of married women or women over 30 years old by the day of the tournament, which can register at least 12 members as a general rule.
(2) A team that can participate until the end of the tournament schedule.
(3) A team that has all members enrolled in sports injury insurance.
(4) Players should not be double registered in other teams participating in this festival.
(5) Even players who have been registered in the All Japan Championship in the past or have a representative history can participate up to 2 players per team if they are married and over 30 years old.
(6) A team that can provide accommodation.

 □Festival Details
(1) Match by participating teams
We aim to enjoy football by adopting unique rules and have a festival format, and we hope that all participants will have fun playing.
(2) Social gathering among participating teams

Match Format
Qualifying league with 4 teams × 4 blocks
⇒Ranking-based tournament between teams with the same ranking in each block
 □Referee conditions
(1) The main referee shall be the tournament referee, and the assistant referees shall be the mutual referees appointed by each team.
(2) The referee method shall be in accordance with the regulations of the Japan Football Association.
□ Tournament Regulations
(1) The rules shall be based on the regulations of the Japan Football Association (NPO)
(2) The match pairings shall be determined by the tournament secretariat
(3) The match duration for both the preliminary league and the ranking tournament shall be 40 minutes in total, with 20 minutes for each half (5 minutes halftime). As a general rule, no extra time shall be added. ※In case of rain, the preliminary league shall have 30 minutes in total, with 15 minutes for each half (5 minutes halftime)
(4) The match shall be played with 8 players, and any number of substitute players is allowed. Additionally, a player who has been substituted once may participate in the same match again
(5) Each team shall play a total of 4 matches in the preliminary league and the ranking matches
(6) The league ranking shall be determined by points (3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, 0 points for a loss). In case of the same points, the ranking shall be determined by (1) goal difference, (2) total goals scored, (3) head-to-head results of the teams, and (4) drawing lots
(7) A size 5 lightweight ball shall be used, provided by the tournament secretariat
(8) In the case of a forfeit, the score shall be 7-0
