FC Tokyo will be holding the "Adult Futsal Class in Gaien" in July. The venue will be the "Meiji Jingu Gaien Futsal Club Shinanomachi Court".
Want to learn the basics of futsal! For those who want to have fun playing futsal! This is a beginner-friendly futsal class specialized in futsal.
Experience the fun of futsal with the coaches and let's move our bodies together! We look forward to your participation.

Each will proceed in the following flow.
・Warming up (with a theme, including icebreakers)
・Basic Training 1 (Fundamental Techniques of the Theme)
・Basic Training 2 (Training with Basic Techniques, Advanced Training)
・Game

・Rui Yokoe (JFA Official Futsal Class B, JFA Futsal Instructor, Soccer Class B)
※Responsible for futsal school and adult futsal classes on a regular basis.

□Participation fee
1st Round 2,200 yen (including insurance and tax)※Regarding payment of participation fee
・The participation fee will be paid to the venue (FC Tokyo staff) on the day of the event.

※Please note that if it is past 16:00 on the day, a cancellation fee (full amount = 2,200 yen) will be charged, so please be careful.
※Cancellation fee will be charged on-site from the next time onwards.
