To all 2018 SOCIO・Club Support Members

We will provide information regarding the delivery date of tickets and membership cards to those who have applied for annual tickets and club support members.

Delivery of □ Annual Tickets
Regarding the delivery of annual tickets, it will be as follows. Please note that if you apply for Club Support Membership at the same time, it will be enclosed with the annual ticket.
※ If you apply for annual tickets and club support membership separately, they will be shipped separately.
 
1. For those who apply by January 9 (Mon)
⇒ Shipped sequentially from February 9 (Fri)
 
2. For those who apply from January 10 (Tue) to January 22 (Mon)
⇒ Shipped sequentially from February 15 (Thu)
 
Those who apply after the above dates will receive them at the venue.
 
※You cannot specify the delivery date or time before delivery.
※Please prepare the payment amount for those who choose cash on delivery (COD) upon receipt.
※If you are not available at the time of delivery, the delivery company (Yamato Transport) will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox or similar location. Please contact the phone number listed on the delivery notice to arrange for redelivery.

About the delivery of □ Club Support Members
Club Support Member shipments will be sent out starting from Feb 14 (Wed).
※It will take about 2 weeks for the membership card and benefits to arrive, so for customers who are considering using the Home General Admission Ticket Exchange Voucher for the Urawa match on Feb 24 (Sat), please apply and make payment by Feb 18 (Sun).
