Our club's advisor, Yoshinobu Ishii, passed away on April 26, 2018 (Thursday). We pray for the repose of his soul and respectfully announce this news.
Yoshinobu Ishii, who has been serving as an advisor for our club since 2001, has passed away at the age of 79. During his tenure, he contributed greatly to the development of the team and served as a consultant for all aspects of club management, dedicating himself to the growth of the club for many years. He also made significant contributions to the development of Japanese football, serving as the national team coach.

□ History:
During his active career, he had a brilliant record of winning the Emperor's Cup and league titles at Toyo Industries. After retiring, he took command of the Fujita Industries Club Soccer Department and won numerous titles. From 1986 to 1987, he served as the head coach of the Japan national team and later played a central role in the establishment of the J-League, making great contributions to the development of Japanese football, including FC Tokyo.
