We would like to inform you that the exchange method for the Club Support Member's membership benefit "Benefit Ticket (Home Free Seat)" will be changed from the 2019 season.
From the 2019 season, special tickets will be issued in advance from a dedicated website, and direct entry using QR tickets will be possible. In addition, they can now be used for all J1 league matches.
If you are unable to issue tickets, please refer to the following notes and use the benefits.

※If the home general admission seats are sold out, ticket issuance procedures will also end at that time.

※This benefit can be used as soon as you receive your membership card and coupon code (serial key).
※The coupon code (serial key) required for ticket issuance is written on the membership card backing paper.
※The coupon code (serial key) that has been completed cannot be reissued.
※If you are unable to complete the ticketing process, please bring your membership card backing sheet with the coupon code (serial key) written on it to the Club Support Member registration booth (Main, Back) outside the venue on the day of the match. Our staff at the reception will assist you in issuing the QR ticket (no exchange with same-day tickets will be made if the home general admission seats are sold out).
※The coupon that has been completed cannot be transferred to another match.
□Admission method
Please bring your acquired QR ticket and touch it to the entrance gate for admission.
※Those who have purchased tickets by the day before the match will be able to enter directly with QR tickets.
※If you have completed the procedure for issuing special tickets (home free seats) on the day of the match, you will not be able to enter directly with the QR ticket. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please bring the acquired QR ticket to the Club Support Member Enrollment Reception Booth (Main, Back) outside the venue.
