"Keiokaku Keirinjo (Tokyo Oval Keiokaku)" is a keirin (bicycle racing) track operated by the "Tokyo Metropolitan Eleven Cities Keirin Business Association", which is a part-time administrative union consisting of 11 cities: Chofu, Hachioji, Musashino, Ome, Akishima, Machida, Koganei, Kunitachi, Hino, Higashimurayama, and Kokubunji. Since its opening in 1949 in Tama River, Chofu City, we have received the understanding and cooperation of the surrounding community, and this year marks our 72nd anniversary.
