Added some spectator manners in response to the relaxation of visitor restrictions on 9/28.
In the case of a super strict security system and a strict security system during the game, we will prepare in accordance with the J.League's common viewing manners and rules, as well as the newly established J.League's New Coronavirus Infection Control Guidelines as a measure against the new coronavirus infection.Due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection, government announcements, and decisions by each local government, there is a possibility that restrictions, transition periods, and operating methods may change suddenly.As of September 25th (Sat), the ticket release date for this game, the restrictions on the day of the game, such as the extension of the state of emergency and the application of priority measures to prevent the spread, are not confirmed, so we will sell tickets assuming a limit of 5,000 people. If the state of emergency is lifted in the future, we plan to relax the restrictions to the extent of the operating protocol at that time.Tickets for the "visitor seats" will not be sold, so those who support the visiting team cannot attend. Please note that wearing the visiting team's uniform or goods and entering/watching/cheering is not allowed. However, if the restrictions are relaxed, there is a possibility of additional ticket sales and the installation of visitor seats. The date and time of additional sales will be announced once it is decided.

What is required of all visitors
(1) Please have the courage to refrain from attending if it is not possible.
・If you are not feeling well (e.g. fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, abnormal taste or smell),
・If there are individuals in your cohabiting family or close acquaintances who are suspected of being infected
・If you have traveled to countries or regions that have been subject to entry restrictions or required observation periods by the government within the past 14 days, or if you have had close contact with individuals residing in those countries.
・If you have a history of positive PCR tests and fall under the following conditions:
① For symptomatic individuals, if it is within 72 hours after the symptoms have improved (even if it has been more than 72 hours since the symptoms improved and less than 10 days from the onset of symptoms)
② For asymptomatic individuals, if it is within less than 10 days after a positive PCR test
(2) Please refrain from shaking hands, hugging, etc.
(3) Please maintain social distance (when entering and exiting, in lines for the restroom, etc.).
※Please avoid using the restroom or shops during the busy times such as just before the start of the match or during halftime, as they tend to be crowded.
(4) Please always wear a mask at the stadium.
※As announced by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, even after receiving the vaccine, please continue to wear masks as a preventive measure against infection.
※We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation as our staff will approach those who are not wearing masks.
※Infants under 2 years old can enter and watch the game without wearing a mask, as stated in the announcement by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Question 12 regarding the impact on infants and children). We recommend that preschoolers aged 2 and above wear masks, but if they choose to wear masks, we kindly ask parents and adults around them to pay close attention to the child's condition. If the child is not feeling well or if wearing a mask continuously is difficult, there is no need to force them to wear it. If not wearing a mask, we kindly ask for your cooperation in taking measures to prevent infection, such as maintaining social distance.

(5) Please wash your hands and disinfect them frequently.

□Entering and exiting the stadium
(1) Your body temperature will be measured at the entrance gate, and you will not be allowed to enter if it is 37.5 degrees or higher.
Please note that even if you are denied entry, there will be no refunds. In addition, we may ask for your contact information when denying entry.
(2) Hand sanitizers will be installed at all entrances. Please be sure to disinfect your hands.
※Please bring disinfectant in portable bottles, etc. from the perspective of infection prevention and perform frequent hand disinfection.
(3) We do not organize the waiting line to secure the order of admission before the opening.
Please refrain from forming a pre-waiting line around the stadium.
The gate opening time is 90 minutes before the start of the match, but it may be subject to change.

(5) Re-entry will be conducted using the following method.
①Please make sure to bring your ticket stub or QR ticket with you when leaving the stadium at the gate.
At Gate 2, please present your ticket stub or QR ticket and we will distribute a re-entry card.
③Once you have confirmed your re-entry card, you will be allowed to re-enter.
Re-entry gates: Main 4 gates, Back 3 gates, Back 1 gate (refer to the diagram above)
Re-entry hours: From opening (scheduled for 12:00) until halftime.
(6) We will not implement regulatory expulsion, but we ask for your cooperation in infection prevention measures such as adjusting the time.

(1) Events will be held with sufficient consideration for social distancing.

(3) Food and beverage (excluding alcohol) sales will be conducted.

(4) Goods sales will be conducted.

□ How to Watch
(1) All seats are designated seats. It is prohibited to move from your seat during the game.
※Do not sit next to each other without spacing, move to the front of the stand and call out to the players, move to a place where you won't get wet in case of rain, etc.
(2) Wearing the visiting team's uniform or merchandise is only allowed in the "visitor seats". Cheering for the visiting team (clapping and hand clapping only) is also only allowed in the "visitor seats".
(3) Even outside the stadium, please maintain social distance and avoid behaviors that pose a risk of infection, such as shouting, singing, and crowding.
(4) In a group of 5 or more people, it is possible for adjacent seats to be seated together at the discretion of the host club. However, FC Tokyo continues to maintain spacing between seats in order to prevent the spread of spectators and avoid conflicts between visitors.
As the relaxation of restrictions has been confirmed, additional sales will be conducted with a spacing of 3 seats on the previously unsold rows at the time of the start of sales.

Q1. Is there a shuttle bus?
A1. There will be no shuttle bus service for matches with a 10,000 person limit. Please use the regular bus service.
Q2. Will AO-AKA PARK be held?
A2. We will hold AO-AKA PARK with 15 food trucks at Onigiri Maru Square and Ajipanda Square.
Q3. Can I bring food and drinks that contain alcohol?
A3. Bringing alcohol is prohibited. To ensure proper viewing manners within the stadium, we will not allow drinking inside. Bringing food and drinks other than alcohol is not restricted. However, as usual, bottles and cans must be transferred to paper cups.
Q4. Are there food and drink vendors inside the stadium?
A4. The stadium vendors are open. However, alcoholic beverages are not sold. Please check the official website for the operating vendors.
Q5. Is there a merchandise shop?
A5. The merchandise shop will be open, but sales will be on a smaller scale than usual. To avoid crowding, please consider using the official online shop.
Q6. Are there gacha machines?
A6. Gacha machines are available, but instead of the usual machines, products will be handed out by staff. Please refrain from actions that may cause crowding, such as exchanging products.
