Two players from the top team (hereinafter referred to as Player A and B) have tested positive for the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), so we would like to inform you. Player A underwent a PCR test on Feb 14 (Mon) and received a positive diagnosis on the same day. In response to this, we conducted our club's own PCR test for all top team members on the same day, and Player B received a positive diagnosis. Both players are currently undergoing appropriate measures and receiving medical treatment.
Note: There are no close contacts in this case based on the activities and behavior history in accordance with the J.League COVID-19 guidelines.
The club will further strengthen the measures against the new coronavirus infection that we have been working on so far, and once again, we will strive to disseminate and thoroughly implement infection prevention measures to all players, staff, and stakeholders.

Player A
Feb 11 (Fri) Negative result in the club's own PCR test. Feb 12 (Sat) Negative result in J-League's regular antigen test. Feb 13 (Sun) Negative result in the club's own antigen test. In the early morning of the following day, Feb 14 (Mon), the player experienced fatigue and fever, and underwent a PCR test at a private testing facility, which resulted in a positive diagnosis for the novel coronavirus. The player is currently undergoing appropriate treatment and recovery measures.
Player B
Feb 11 (Fri) Club's own PCR test negative. Feb 12 (Sat) Regular antigen test by J-League negative. Feb 13 (Sun) No abnormalities. The next day, on Feb 14 (Mon), after receiving a positive diagnosis for Player A, the club conducted its own PCR test, which resulted in a positive diagnosis for the novel coronavirus. There are no symptoms such as fever.
