LIVE BOARD Co., Ltd. was established in 2019 and became the first company in Japan to realize advertising distribution based on impressions (VAC) in the OOH field. Even in situations where changes in human traffic, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, are likely to occur, we are developing advertising distribution and billing systems that are as close to reality as possible based on the assumption that the number of people who are expected to see the advertisement at that time and place. In addition, by combining the big data of the largest carrier in Japan with our unique network that combines various digital OOHs nationwide, such as outdoor and indoor, trains, and station premises, we have made it possible to deliver based on "human" targeting by gender and age, which was difficult with traditional OOHs.
We have recently signed an official partnership contract with Tokyo Football Club Co., Ltd. to spread the excitement of FC Tokyo's J1 League matches throughout Tokyo. Through our sponsorship contract with FC Tokyo, we will support the further development of the players and the club, and provide high-value services to our fans and supporters.
※ LIVE BOARD is adopting the impression (VAC = Visibility Adjusted Contact / total number of advertising viewers based on visual recognition survey) taking into account the visibility rate recommended by the OOH Global Management Guidelines. It defines the number of people (OTS = Opportunity to See) in the visibility area who have the potential to come into contact with OOH advertisements, taking into consideration the direction of movement and the presence of obstacles within the visibility area (OTC = Opportunity to Contact). By incorporating the appropriate visibility rate for each medium, it estimates the total number of people (VAC) who are likely to actually see the advertisement.


【Initiative Details】
Starting from March 25, 2024 (Monday), LIVE BOARD will broadcast videos at up to 19 outdoor digital OOH locations in Tokyo to promote FC Tokyo's home games. The first videos will be related to the two games held at Japan National Stadium in April.
