・A person who values teamwork and has good communication skills
- Someone who can respond flexibly to challenges and actively propose new ideas
・Those who have a desire to grow and a willingness to learn, aiming to improve their skills through this program.
As a member of the club, someone who takes responsibility for their role and can be trusted as a part of the team.

□Implementation Details
1.Support Services
Match Operations / Public Relations Promotion / Merchandising / Partner Sales / Community Engagement Activities, etc.

2. Study Session
We will consider holding monthly reflections and study sessions, as well as planning events both inside and outside the stadium.



□Other Conditions
・At least 3 days a week
・Approximately 5 hours a day
・Must be able to work for more than 6 months (subject to consultation)
・An employment contract will be concluded. In principle, it will be renewed every 3 months.
