U-18 will conduct an England expedition from today until March 28.
This expedition is conducted during an important period leading up to the first match on March 30 (Sat) in the T-League and the start of the Prince League on April 6 (Sat).
I want to enter the league match in good shape after preparing firmly.

This expedition will be conducted with 20 members other than those selected for the Japanese national team in each age group.

I will travel from Narita Airport to Manchester Airport via Abu Dhabi International Airport to get to England.
Approximately 12 hours to Abu Dhabi, then a 2-hour wait, and approximately 7 hours of travel to Manchester.
Most of the players have already experienced overseas expeditions several times, so there seems to be no problem with jet lag measures. However, many players who are going to England for the first time seemed surprised by the cold weather in England.

By the way, the temperature in Manchester upon arrival was 9 degrees.
When I left Japan, it was only about 20 degrees, so I struggled with this temperature difference.

After arriving at the airport, we will move to Sunderland, which will be our first base, by bus.

Sunderland is said to be even colder than Manchester, so I would like to manage my physical condition well and approach the second day.
